An individual, by leaving an application on the website https://santa-nv.com/ through the form "Discuss the project", acting freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, and confirming his legal capacity, gives his consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Consent) to the Limited Liability Company "Nizhnevartovsk fish canning plant "Santa-Maria" (INN 8603136341, santa-nv@mail.ru, which owns the website https://santa-nv. com/ and which is registered at the address 628614, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra, Nizhnevartovsk, ul. 2P-2 № 49 to process its personal data with the following conditions:

3. Third parties do not process personal data on behalf of LLC "Nizhnevartovsk fish canning plant "Santa-Maria" for the purpose specified in the consent.
4. The personal data are processed until the refusal to discuss the project further or until the conclusion of a contract for the project, whichever occurs first.
5. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by submitting to Santa Maria NRC LLC a written application or an electronic application signed in accordance with the electronic signature laws of the Russian Federation to the address specified at the beginning of the Consent.
6. In case of withdrawal of the Consent by you or your represen LLC "Nizhnevartovsk fish canning plant "Santa-Maria" has the right to continue the processing of personal data without it, if the grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraph 2 of Article 10 and paragraph 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law № 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006.
7. This consent is valid at all times until the termination of the processing of personal data referred to in paragraph 6 and paragraph 7 of the Consent.
